Most of our pieces are made to order with intention and care. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Need your items sooner? Send us a message before placing your order—we’re happy to let you know what’s ready to ship and can go out right away. The quickest way to reach us is through the chat bubble on our homepage.
For custom orders, processing time begins once all details are finalized. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship, though most custom pieces are completed and sent out sooner depending on the size and complexity of the order.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days within the U.S.
Please note that carrier delays may occur, especially during peak seasons and holidays.
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend reaching out before placing your order to confirm availability or arrange expedited shipping options.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.
RETURNS
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, your experience matters to us—if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
Because most items are made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has begun.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet entered production.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Our pieces are carefully packaged and very unlikely to arrive damaged. However, if your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with:
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Photos of the packaging (including the exterior)
This allows us to file a claim with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Each Trazzo piece is handmade with care, using a cementitious, eco-friendly composite material with a stone-like finish.
Unlike traditional resins, our material contains no solvents or VOCs, making it a more conscious and sustainable choice.
To create our signature palette, we use high-quality pigments sourced from around the world. Most colors are hand-mixed, resulting in subtle variations in tone, hue, and pattern—making every piece truly one of a kind.

Due to the nature of the material and the handmade process, small air bubbles or subtle surface variations may be present. We take great care to minimize these, but they are a natural part of the process and do not affect the strength or durability of the piece.
Most of our items are made to order or produced in small batches to reduce waste. Because of this, slight variations in color, pattern, and finish may occur within the same design.
These differences are not flaws, but rather a reflection of the handcrafted, small-batch nature of each piece—making yours uniquely yours.
How can I use my Trazzo pieces?
Our pieces are sealed with a food-safe, solvent-free, non-toxic sealer, making them suitable for light contact with food (such as serving wrapped treats or dry items).
While sealed for protection, they are not intended for direct food consumption or use as everyday dinnerware. All Trazzo pieces are designed for decorative purposes only.
Each piece is also water-repellent, not waterproof, and should not be placed in the dishwasher or microwave.
How do I care for my Trazzo pieces?
To keep your piece looking its best:
- Clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap
- Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasive scrubbing, as this can damage the finish
- Wipe away spills from strong pigments (such as wine, coffee, or tea) promptly
